Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and professional Kitchen Manager to join our team at the Hijinx Hotel in Karrinyup. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of our standard bar menu items and function finger food. They will also be responsible for maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness, championing kitchen health and safety, and training and supporting the casual kitchen team members.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
