We are seeking experienced and passionate educators to join our school team.
- Teachers will plan, prepare, and deliver the Australian curriculum with a focus on literacy and numeracy skills for learners disengaged from schooling.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of the school's objectives and planning is essential.
- A supportive school environment will be established and maintained.
- Working alongside an adventure-based learning coordinator to deliver group programs is a priority.
- Fostering integrated learning with an emphasis on transferable skills from the Human Capabilities framework is key.
- Contributing to accountability processes including reporting and individual personal learning plans is mandatory.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116)
- Experience teaching QCAA Short Courses and Applied Subjects, VET, or in a flexible learning environment is desirable.
- Skills, training, and qualifications in Trauma-Informed Practice are highly regarded.
