Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Catering Officer to join our team at Goulburn Village, reporting to the Catering Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality food service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare meals that meet food safety programs and recognised nutritional guidelines.
- Comply with food safety programs and provide efficient and effective food service.
- Assist in the preparation of meals and catering for special functions.
- Prepare the dining area for mealtimes and serve food and drinks to residents.
- Maintain a clean work environment, ensuring all cleaning and dishwashing is done in a timely manner.
