Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted business partner, engaging with senior stakeholders while collaborating with internal support teams and external service providers. Your efforts will focus on enhancing our operational model, driving efficiencies, and mitigating risks. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing investor financial, lender, and compliance reporting obligations.
  • Overseeing ongoing finance operations for various funds and products.
  • Collaborating closely with asset-level finance teams to assess periodic reporting cycles and implement strategic initiatives that drive value for Macquarie.
  • Optimizing practices, data flows, and technology platforms.
  • Ensuring the establishment of new funds and processes in alignment with global policies and practices.
  • Providing transaction support for new deals and funds.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • CA/CPA qualification.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial services sector.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to cultivate relationships.
  • A practical approach to resolving complex and technical issues.
  • Core project management and prioritization capabilities.
