Service Professional

Job Overview:

As a Service Professional, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional image at all times. Your key responsibilities include visiting various customer sites to service their washroom products, including feminine hygiene units, nappy bins, air fresheners, soap dispensers, and floor mats.


About the Role:
  • Loading and unloading units and floor mats for customers, requiring physical fitness.
  • Maintaining vehicle safety at all times, driving responsibly, and adhering to safe driving practices.
  • Providing top-notch customer service and maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements:
  • Holding a full UK driving licence for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
  • Demonstrating excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Showing flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
  • Displaying the ability to use own initiative and having a positive 'can do' attitude.
  • Taking pride in the job being done.
