Logan Village residential construction project seeks experienced plant operators for a dynamic crew that values teamwork and a positive team culture. As a key member of our site, you will be responsible for operating various equipment such as excavators and bobcats to perform tasks like cutting driveways and house slabs.

We are looking for reliable and trustworthy individuals with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong safety initiative is crucial in this role, along with excellent communication skills and general knowledge of the construction industry and environmental principles.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role and hold valid licenses to operate the required equipment. A Construction Industry Card (White Card) and current Driver's Licence are also necessary.

This role offers above award rates plus overtime and weekly pay, along with ongoing local work with a leading builder and a long pipeline of projects. We support the continuous learning and professional development of our employees, promoting career progression through the company.

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Licenced to operate excavators and bobcats
  • Reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work with little supervision
  • Strong safety initiative
