Job Title:

Senior Cyber Security and Information Systems Specialist

Work with our team to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of sensitive data.

  • Develop comprehensive cyber security policies, procedures, and standards to address emerging threats.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across associated networks.
  • Configure advanced firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and anti-virus solutions to defend against threats.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all security configurations and system changes for transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in deploying network security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), virtual private networks (VPNs).
  • Experience utilising vulnerability scanning tools and conducting penetration testing exercises to uncover system vulnerabilities.
  • Relevant certifications in cyber security or network administration from recognised vendors that validate your technical expertise.
  • Ability to implement, maintain, and integrate corporate WANs, LANs, VLANs, and manage DHCP, NAT configurations.
  • Working knowledge of advanced networking protocols including MPLS, VRF alongside familiarity with ITIL framework for service management excellence.
  • Hands-on experience configuring redundancy protocols such as VRRP, HSRP or GLBP to ensure high availability of critical network services.
