Clinical Educators are pivotal in advancing the professional growth of caregivers at a Murdoch Hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and guide caregivers to achieve individual learning goals and meet departmental objectives.
  • In collaboration with managers, address learning gaps and support performance development goals and plans.
  • Promote an interprofessional approach to learning, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Identify individual, local, and organisational learning needs through a comprehensive analysis process.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Excellent time management, organisational, conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience applying adult learning principles to motivate and develop caregivers professionally.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, mentoring, and coaching skills to engage with a diverse workforce.
  • Current registration as a Health Practitioner with ongoing professional development (CPD record/Professional Practice Portfolio).
