
Retail Store Leadership Position

- Lead a retail store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
Oversight of store performance, fostering a supportive team environment, achieving sales goals and managing expenses to ensure profitability. Guidance and coaching of team members to meet brand expectations and manage day-to-day operations, including inventory management, food safety compliance, and visual merchandising.
Proactive leaders are required who motivate their teams and deliver an unparalleled customer experience, reinforcing our brand while adhering to local health and safety regulations.
Requirements- Previous experience in a Store/Assistant Manager role in a fast-paced QSR/Retail/hospitality environment.
- Experience with workforce planning from recruitment to preparing rosters and achieving labor budgets for a store team.
- Ability to work autonomously while proactively communicating with the State Manager.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong rapport building abilities to lead and coach a team.
- Understanding of quality assurance and competence in Food Safety Standards.
- Previous barista experience or interest will be advantageous.
- Previous retail experience in inventory management, stocktake, visual merchandising, and store presentation principles highly regarded.
