Key Role: Customer Advisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Branch Customer Advisor. In this role, you will be empowered to make a positive difference for customers and communities by delivering a seamless, consistent, and tailored customer experience every day.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by identifying the most suitable products and services for customers, including account opening, unsecured lending, and banking transactions.
  • Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options for customers, making banking simple, easy, and secure.
  • Support the NAB Hervey Bay branch by being the first point of contact for our customers, putting them at the centre of everything you do.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A passion for delivering quality experiences for diverse customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail ensuring every transaction is efficient and accurate.
  • Customer-centric thinking and an appreciation for inclusion and diversity.
