About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Fitness Trainer to join our team at Belgravia Leisure on the Mornington Peninsula.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality fitness programs and providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver personal training sessions to members on an as-needs basis, promoting healthy lifestyle choices and supporting their fitness goals.
  • To maintain up-to-date knowledge of current health and fitness procedures and practices.
  • To provide excellent customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Cert III in Fitness qualification.
  • Current registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia.
  • A current Senior First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
  • A valid Working With Children Check.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends, as required.

What We Offer

As a Fitness Trainer with Belgravia Leisure, you can expect a competitive salary package, including:

$55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
