Job Description

As a Senior Business Banking Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of key business banking clients and referral partners.

Your primary objectives include:

  • Uncovering new business opportunities while cultivating, growing, and utilising your mature network of internal and external contacts
  • Maintaining and enhancing the credit risk profile of your portfolio while maximising profitability
  • Initiating solutions to stimulate customer growth in the local market and implementing yearly business plans for your complex portfolio
  • Assuming responsibility for profit & loss statements, overseeing revenue, lending balances, and deposit expansion
Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and expand the business banking portfolio
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, referral partners, and colleagues
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building
  • Analyzing and interpreting financial data to inform business decisions and optimize portfolio performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A well-established footprint as a business banking or relationship manager
  • Advanced financial expertise and strategic relationship management skills
  • Passionate about business development and credit risk management
  • Proficient in business/commercial practices, alongside business banking products and services
