About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accessibility Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing operations to support research with people living with disabilities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tooling and processes to support research with people living with disabilities
  • Build and populate a research panel with Atlassian customers who live with disabilities
  • Develop training and guidance to support accessibility research in partnership with our Research Ops Education Lead
  • Partner with Accessibility and Privacy teams to deliver compliant and respectful accessibility research operations
  • Develop relationships with accessibility agencies, organizations, and communities

Your Background:

To excel in this role, you will need several years of experience in a research operations or program coordination role with experience creating accessibility programs. You should have had success working with partners in Legal or Privacy and be familiar with data privacy laws around handling special category data.
