About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Educator to lead our team at Goodstart Sunbury - Barkly Street. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs and ensuring the safety and well-being of our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
  • Ensure the safety and inclusivity of all children, tailoring learning experiences to meet their individual needs

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
