We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Team Assistant & Finance Coordinator to join our Property & Asset Management NSW Executive team. The successful candidate will provide administrative and financial support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense tracking
  • Preparing and formatting business development proposals and other documents
  • Coordinating meeting agendas, minutes, and action items
  • Assisting with the organisation of events, client functions, and conferences
  • Assisting the Finance Manager with tracking spend, reviewing and distributing spreadsheet data on spend and purchase order listings

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A sound knowledge of office procedures and an attitude to take on responsibilities, work autonomously as required, and within a team
  • The ability to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks and competing deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
