Position Summary

We are currently seeking a FIFO General Labourer to commence work immediately.

Compensation and Work Schedule

  • Hourly rate of $35 plus applicable penalties
  • Flexible rosters based on site requirements, including 2:1 and 3:1 rotations with an unpaid RDO
  • Work hours ranging from 8 to 12 hours per day
  • Availability to work 5 to 7 days per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling and transporting sandbags weighing up to 25kg
  • Engaging in repetitive bending and lifting tasks
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the worksite
  • Assisting in job setup
  • Supporting various tradespeople on site

Candidate Requirements

  • Possession of a White Card
  • Prior experience in general labouring roles
  • Located in Brisbane, Cairns, or Perth
  • Able to successfully complete a pre-employment medical examination and drug/alcohol screening
  • Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive tasks
  • Full rights to work in Australia
  • Current resume including two work-related references
  • Personal protective equipment: steel-capped boots and a yellow hi-vis shirt with reflective strips
