Serviceperson Role

The role of Serviceperson plays a vital part in ensuring the quality and integrity of homes. This position is responsible for coordinating defect rectification work, conducting inspections, and communicating with clients to propose actions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspecting new homes located across South-east Queensland
  • Preparing reports on identified defects
  • Communicating with clients to propose actions according to service and warranty guidelines
  • Assisting with contractor progress monitoring
  • Following up outstanding works from trades and contractors as needed
  • Attending to works identified by the Handover Supervisor

To excel in this role, you will demonstrate alignment with our purpose and core values along with:

  • A trade background, preferably carpentry or similar experience
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and various teams
  • Prioritization and attention to detail
  • A full driver's licence to operate a service van
  • Willingness to travel to and from jobs as scheduled within SEQ
  • A positive attitude with ability to work independently or within a team
