Practice Lead - Enhanced Intake
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Clinician to join our team as a Practice Lead for Enhanced Intake. This is a full-time permanent role with Infant Child Youth Mental Health Wellbeing Service - Allied Health Gr 3, Clinical Psychologist Gr3 and RPN Gr 4.
- This role will involve leading, coordinating and liaising with ACIS Triage, ED response when young people present to ED's across AWH Emergency Departments during business hours.
- You will be responsible for assisting in complex care planning and service co-ordination for the improved outcomes for children, young people and their families.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated capability in providing full range mental health interventions at a senior level including mental state examinations, risk formulation and assessment, and psychological assessments, including mental health crisis assessments.
