Job Title: Home Palliative Care Delivery Specialist

About the Role:

This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals receiving palliative care. As a Home Palliative Care Delivery Specialist, you will work on a temporary basis to cover leave, delivering and setting up palliative care equipment to homes around Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and set up palliative care equipment to homes safely and efficiently.

  • Collect and dismantle the equipment at the end of each delivery.

Requirements:

  1. A current valid driver's license is essential for this role.

  2. You must have received three COVID-19 vaccinations.

  3. A national police clearance within six months is required.

  4. A current right to work in Australia is necessary.
