About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Icon Group in a permanent part-time position. As a Hospital Pharmacist, you will be working across Brisbane Waters Private Hospital and Gosford Private Hospital, providing exceptional pharmacy services to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation
  • Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products
  • Coordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, day infusions, and discharge
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patients
  • Support patients, carers, hospital staff, and associated employees
  • Educate and advise staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection, and the proper use of medicines
  • Review and completion of monthly reports
About You

  • Be a current AHPRA registered pharmacist with previous experience in an Australian or New Zealand based pharmacy
