Job SummaryWe are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as casual employees. As a Horticulture Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks in our greenhouse and harvest departments.
Key Responsibilities- Twisting, truss pruning, layering, and de-leafing plants to promote healthy growth and optimal truss production
- Picking fruit to meet quality and KPI requirements
- Performing other duties as required, such as arch supports, crop spraying, and identifying crop pests and diseases
- Previous experience with repetitive tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic
- Good level of fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team work abilities and high attention to detail
