About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our clinical team at Calvary's Acute Medical Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with Calvary's policies and procedures, and relevant Government Health guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to plan and implement patient care.
• Contribute to a safe and respectful work environment by identifying and reporting hazards, incidents, and near misses.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and education to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a current practicing certificate.
• Working with Vulnerable People Check.
• Demonstration of maintenance of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
