Your Role:

Deliver exceptional student support and advising to ensure students have an outstanding study abroad experience. Manage occasional disciplinary matters and student crises with care. Collaborate with the Internship and Academic Teams to secure guest speakers, excursions, and site visits. Work closely with the Program Management Team to develop pre- and post-arrival student materials and contribute to student arrival and orientation.

Attend social events for student arrivals and departures; manage and participate in student orientation sessions. Build and maintain a database of suppliers and contacts; research and scope new venues for student events, build relationships with new and existing suppliers, and negotiate pricing effectively. Create program calendars and detailed itineraries for customized programs. Serve as a member of CAPA's crisis management team, providing emergency support to students. Oversee program budgets, tracking spending and staying within set limits.

Cross-collaborate and assist in Academic and Internship activities when required. This position is based in Sydney, with primary work hours between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Weekend and evening work may occasionally be necessary.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge of the US education system (desirable)
