In a fast-paced retail environment, we seek a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our store team and drive sales growth. As a Store Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture within your store, creating memorable moments for our customers, and achieving operational excellence.
The Role:
- You will be responsible for driving financial sales goals and metrics, delivering on the brand vision and strategy, ensuring that our customer is at the core of every business decision, and providing memorable experiences 100% of the time.
- As a business leader, you will work collaboratively with your Area Manager, State Manager, and in-store team to deliver a people-first culture, maximize sales growth, and accelerate personal career growth in a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies, analyzing sales data, and making informed decisions.
- Deliver on the brand vision by leading cross-functional teams, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and gathering feedback to improve services.
- Create a people-first culture by empowering and developing talent within your team, providing coaching, support, and feedback to drive results.
- Recruit, select, and onboard all new team members within your store, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Deliver a seamless omni-channel experience to our consumers in-store through preparation of online orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Ensure your store shows up as best-in-class through visual merchandising excellence, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and adhering to company standards.
- Ensure our stores are not only a fun but a safe place for our customers and team by promoting a positive work environment, fostering open communication, and encouraging teamwork.
Requirements:
- Be a team player who is on the hunt for excellence across Sales, Operations, and Loss Prevention.
- Have experience and authentic passion for delivering best-in-class memorable moments to our customers 100% of the time.
- Be a coach who can motivate, inspire, and level up a large team of brand ambassadors.
- Hold 2+ years of Retail Store Manager experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a motivated and driven 'Make it Happen' attitude.
