About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Events Operations Manager to join our team at The Star Brisbane. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the delivery and logistics of our events, overseeing the execution of conferences and exhibitions, and delivering exceptional client and guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a large team of events professionals
  • Oversee the execution of conferences and exhibitions, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional client and guest experiences
  • Develop and implement event strategies, working closely with the Director of Events and other stakeholders
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics, ensuring efficient and effective delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and hospitality, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation, driving continuous improvement and excellence in events delivery
