Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Leader to join our Major Projects Advisory Team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on significant government and private sector programs and projects, driving strategic planning, procurement, delivery, and benefits realization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Execution: Develop and implement effective project management strategies, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, facilitating open communication and collaboration.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Business Growth: Contribute to the expansion of our business and client base through proactive relationship-building and business development initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a similar project leadership or management role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Program management/program delivery experience, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle phases.
  • Portfolio management experience, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Experience in managing teams, with a focus on developing and mentoring junior staff members.
