Occupational Therapist Opportunities in Rural South Australia

The Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network is seeking a Generalist Occupational Therapist to join their team. This role will involve working in various locations across the region, contributing to the delivery of a comprehensive and integrated range of health services.
As an Occupational Therapist at AHP2 level, you will apply your clinical experience and generalist and/or specialist clinical knowledge to plan, implement, and evaluate services that meet the needs of the local community. You may also contribute to the clinical supervision of less experienced allied health professionals, assistants, and students.
Key Responsibilities- Work as part of a multi-professional team to provide preventative, early intervention, treatment/therapy, and evaluation approaches
- Provide services to sectors such as paediatrics, acute, residential care, aged & community consumers as needed
- Apply clinical experience and increasingly generalist and/or specialist clinical knowledge to plan, implement, and evaluate services
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a recognised qualification within the Occupational Therapy profession and be eligible for practicing membership of the relevant Professional Association. For those professions requiring Registration, all requirements to obtain and maintain current registration must be fulfilled.
You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with consumers, families, and healthcare teams.

- $67,466 - $100,729 per annum (AHP1/AHP2)
- Ongoing and temporary positions available, hours negotiable
