**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Support Worker to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our consortium, you will contribute to the delivery of psychological and psychosocial services for children and youth, focusing on early intervention and support of young people up to the age of 25.

In this role, you will address service gaps for the 'missing middle' by enhancing accessibility and integrating primary mental health care, psychosocial support, and early intervention. You will also promote holistic wellbeing by considering broader determinants of health, fostering collaboration among providers, and ensuring a sustainable, adaptable service responsive to community needs.
