About this Role
We are seeking a Team Member (Cleaning and Trolley Collection) who will ensure a safe, seamless, and positive shopping experience for our customers and create a welcoming environment in our stores.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Completing a checklist of cleaning tasks across all departments and throughout the store
- Utilizing equipment and products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors throughout the shop and team rooms, toilets, and offices
- Cleaning, dusting, and wiping shelving and equipment throughout the store, cleaning team rooms and toilets
- Collecting trolleys from in and around the store and carpark, regardless of weather conditions
- Working indoors and outdoors, trusted to work autonomously
About You and Your Skills:
- Delivering great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Possessing a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and demonstrating a solid work ethic
- Working independently and following instructions
- Being physically fit, active, and energetic as you'll be lifting up to 17kgs
- Availability for shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days a week
- Willingness to get to work outside of public transport operating hours
- No prior experience necessary, as full training will be provided in the use of chemicals, machinery, and safety equipment.
