Program Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced Program Lead who will create a safe, play-based environment for children to thrive. A strong team dynamic is integral to the impact of our learning programs.

Availability to work Monday to Friday (morning and afternoon)as required during the school term and straight shifts during vacation care is essential.

Your Impact

You will lead a team of Educators by providing guidance and coaching in exceeding practices. Excellent communication and relationship management skills are key to your success.

As a leader, you are responsible for compliance and exceeding practices, managing the administrative aspects of the service.

A genuine interest in supporting children to grow and realise their potential will have a lasting impact.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in childhood education
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Experience managing compliance and administrative requirements
  • A team player with a creative and energetic approach
  • Valid compliance certificates (e.g. WWCC, Child Protection, First Aid etc.)
