Flooring Installations Specialist

Experienced floor installers are required to carry out installation tasks with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in flooring installation, sales, and self-motivation.

• Carry out engineered oak, solid timber, parquetry, hybrids, and laminate flooring installations.
• Conduct site inspections for engineered oak, solid timber, parquetry, hybrids, and laminate floors as per business requirements.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications to identify scope not covered, raising queries with relevant parties.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to coordinate work and achieve successful outcomes.
• Maintain project health and safety standards among team members.
• Understand project costs incurred and scope of works, identifying areas of challenge and opportunity.
• Experience working on flooring projects across residential and commercial settings is necessary.
