Job Title: Sales Assistant

Our team is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Sales Assistant in our Sheridan Outlet Bendigo store. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling satisfied and valued.

The Role:
- Provide outstanding customer service through meaningful interactions with our customers
- Selling premium products, highlighting features, benefits, and care instructions
- Ensuring stock is merchandised and presented to a high standard
- Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards
- Achieving sales and KPIs through consultation, service, visuals, and brand inspiration

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash transactions
- Ability to lift up to 20 kg occasionally
