We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail leader to drive business growth, develop a team of high-performing professionals, and build strong relationships within the tennis community.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will leverage their entrepreneurial spirit to drive store sales, elevate team performance, and create a unique customer experience.
  • Key responsibilities include attracting, developing, and engaging a talented team of Athlete Advisors (retail assistants) and Assistant Managers to promote world-leading sportswear and equipment technology.
  • Building deep relationships with the local tennis community and collaborating with peers to deliver exceptional product experiences.
  • Leading effective visual merchandising and full-store operations to drive sales growth and improve team satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail leadership, ideally 3-5 years.
  • A passion for tennis or sports is advantageous.
  • Success in developing leaders and setting clear visions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously in an entrepreneurial environment.
