Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and support a warehouse team of 8-9 staff
  • Identify and fix stock integrity issues and improve dispatch workflows
  • Create clear daily structure—toolbox talks, WHS, and shift planning
  • Work with sales and purchasing to ensure smooth cross-functional flow
  • Support interstate dispatch operations (Mount Isa, Kalgoorlie, Adelaide)
  • Implement structured improvements and standard operating procedures
  • Monitor KPIs like DIFOT, inventory accuracy, and team productivity
  • Oversee warehouse budgets and assets
  • Support WHS practices and lead from the front

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading teams in a warehouse environment
  • Track record of owning results and driving improvements
  • Experience personally implementing positive change or process improvements
  • Intermediate level skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data entry support)
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety and OHS leadership
