Quality Improvement Partnership Director

A competitive salary of $85,000 - $95,000 per annum is being offered for this role.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a leading provider in Primary Health as a Quality Improvement Partnership Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and implementing quality initiatives and health reforms with a focus on continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience coordinating and managing successful multi-stakeholder projects or programs, project and process management experience, and qualifications or relevant experience in education or health system improvement.
Key responsibilities include overseeing and managing the design and delivery of all activities relating to implementation of quality improvement projects in primary care, ensuring stakeholder collaboration supports the ongoing development, implementation and evaluation of the organisation's activities, and working with general practice to strengthen and connect across the system including the implementation of best practice models, funding and income streams, and accreditation.
In return for your expertise, you will receive a generous NFP salary packaging option up to $18,550, a Parkville office location with option to work some days at home, and access to fun social club and health and wellbeing activities.
