Electrical Engineer Opportunity

We are a pioneering team of scientists and engineers pushing the boundaries of permanent magnet electric motor design.

Our innovative technology enables us to dynamically adjust the flux from the rotor magnets and modify the resistance and ampacity of the stator coils in real-time, significantly expanding the power and efficiency ranges of our electric motors and generators.

We seek an experienced electrical engineer with expertise in power electronics to join our team. Our ideal candidate would possess:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in power electronics, including:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of AC and DC electric motors, motor controllers, and control systems for power electronics
  • Proficiency in PCB design, simulation, and population
  • Familiarity with MOSFETs, IGBTs, FPGAs, and I2C protocols
  • Experience in building and testing high-power electronic systems
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with a focus on team goals and attention to detail
