We're on the hunt for a driven leader to support our high-performing team in Tugrah.

The Job:

  • Support store management in daily operations and achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Inspire and guide the team to deliver top-notch customer service and performance
  • Assist with visual merchandising, stock management and store presentation
  • Manage wage costs and contribute to effective rostering
  • Mentor and coach team members to support their growth and development
  • Help maintain a safe and compliant store environment

  • Previous experience in senior roles or leadership support (e.g., Key Holder, Supervisor)
  • A proactive attitude and desire to grow leadership skills

  • A proven ability to drive sales and meet performance targets
  • Familiarity with stock management, visual merchandising and retail operations
