About the Role

The Senior Solutions Architect provides presales support and consulting services for specifying and designing tailored solutions for our clients. This role works closely with sales, technical, and project management teams to deliver client solutions on time.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Capture and analyze client requirements in detail
  • Design solutions that can be implemented, managed, and maintained by our technical team
  • Produce architectural designs for solutions
  • Document client business requirements and produce proposals and/or tender responses in conjunction with the sales team
  • Provide technical content for quotes, proposals, and tender responses
  • Complete various levels of documentation, including scope of work, design, and quoting documentation
  • Produce statements of work for external and internal projects
  • Assist the sales team in winning more business through participating in new and existing client engagement
  • Demonstrate, present, and articulate solutions effectively to clients
  • Provide high-level technical analysis and advice
  • Maintain strong relationships with sales, technical, and project teams
Requirements

We seek experienced professionals with:

  • Minimum 6+ years experience in Pre Sales Engineering/Solutions Architecture
  • Broad knowledge across multiple areas of IT infrastructure
  • Prior experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting leading-edge technology solutions
  • Strong skills in requirements analysis
  • Exceptional technical documentation skills
  • Previous experience in a consultative/client-focused role
  • Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
  • Relevant vendor certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Fortinet, Citrix, Cisco, VMware)
