  • Deliver comprehensive customer satisfaction on our Hitachi equipment, including breakdown, service, and maintenance support.

  • Experience & Skill Set: Heavy Diesel mechanics and field service fitters with demonstrated OEM equipment experience, particularly excavator diagnosis.
  • Customer Focus: Initiative to plan work fronts efficiently, delivering quality outcomes for Total Customer Satisfaction.
