The Role:

This dynamic role is centered around building and maintaining a robust Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Management System. As a key partner in this endeavor, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and integration of QHSE systems across various business lines or regions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation applicable to all business lines or regions.
  • Reviewing and analyzing complex documentation to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Issuing and archiving documents as required.
  • Managing document registers and ensuring their accuracy and completeness.

In addition to these core duties, you will also identify, design, plan, undertake, lead, and complete independent projects identified in the QHSE Business Plan. This will involve managing project teams and working closely with business line management to integrate QHSE considerations into strategic planning and operational decision-making.

Furthermore, you will conduct QHSE Audits (Internal & External), determine auditing needs for business lines, and carry out QHSE internal audits and raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as required. You will also review QHSE Performance, analyze, report, and present QHSE performance metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and compliance status for business lines/regions.

To excel in this position, you will need a strong understanding of ISO management systems, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements. Previous experience working in or with QHSE systems and auditing knowledge/experience are highly desirable.
