We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Production Chef Apprenticeship trainee.

Job Description:

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your culinary skills and knowledge in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be working closely with our experienced chefs to master our menu and provide exceptional service to our guests.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing ingredients and dishes to the highest standard
  • Cooking to specification and working with recipes
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No prior experience is necessary, as we can teach you everything you need to know
  • A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a close-knit team

Apprenticeship Details:

This apprenticeship will last for 15 months, during which time you will gain a Level 2 Production Chef qualification. You will also receive regular reviews and feedback sessions to help you progress and achieve your goals.

The apprentice wage is £10 per hour for 16-20 year olds and £12.21 per hour for 21+ year olds.
