Job Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at our Peakhurst store on a casual basis. As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising and display of products in-store
  • Assist with stock management, including receiving and processing stock deliveries
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and tasks
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High level of product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Physical ability to lift heavy items (e.g., bags of dog food)
