About Our Team:

This group comprises hundreds of dedicated professionals performing tasks such as requirements determination, contract management, procurement, international logistics, domestic manufacturing, item management, weapons maintenance, and disposal coordination. We collaborate with industry partners to deliver materiel capability to Defence, managing a portfolio of complex acquisitions and sustainment activities supporting the ADF.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Our ideal candidate has significant experience leading production and/or maintenance operations in a highly-regulated safety environment, seeking to apply their skills and experience to directly support the Australian Defence Force. This results-driven leader possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills, demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, build relationships with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.

They should have at least 5 years of experience leading maintenance and/or production work in a safety and security regulated environment. Qualifications and/or relevant experience in maintenance and/or production workflow optimisation would be beneficial.

Successful candidates must hold, or be able to obtain, an NV2 security clearance. The duties include:

  • Ensuring maintenance operations adhere to safety, security, and quality requirements, according to applicable legislation, regulations, standards, and policies.
  • Collaborating and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, influencing the work of teams to ensure successful delivery of maintenance outputs.
