**Job Summary**

Macro Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team as a Part-time HR Manager. This role will involve overseeing compliance and staff development for one of our valued clients, a community-focused school in South West Sydney.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure up-to-date compliance with employment laws and certifications.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting ads, and coordinating interviews.
  • Provide support for payroll, policies, and entitlements, resolving employee queries efficiently.
  • Facilitate staff performance reviews, professional development, and conflict resolution.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Familiarity with NSW employment laws and educational compliance standards.
  • Strong recruitment skills, including writing effective job ads and conducting thorough interviews.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
