Job Title

A pivotal role drives day-to-day operations and supports the growth of a cardiovascular research network in Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide secretariat support to an executive committee.
  • Lead the coordination of high-profile events and capacity-building workshops for researchers.
  • Support communications to promote cardiovascular research in Victoria.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across research, health, and government sectors.
  • Identify collaboration and funding opportunities that benefit the network's stakeholders.
About the Role

This is a part-time opportunity, 0.6 FTE, permanent role with hybrid working options.

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive professional with a passion for cardiovascular research.

You will have experience in planning and delivering research, capacity building, and/or networking events.

Strong organisational and administrative skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills, are essential.
