Job Title: Retail Planogram Specialist

The Role:

As a retail planogram specialist, you will play a key role in implementing new layouts on shelf to effectively drive sales and business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing business as we continue to build new partnerships and create more opportunities for our merchandising teams.

  • Execute planograms/shelf layouts accurately and ensure correct ticketing
  • Report tasks and good photos daily via our StoreTrack App

You will enjoy building relationships with retail store managers and team members in your local stores. No experience is required, and paid training will be provided. A current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle are also essential.

This position requires a unique blend of skills, including strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail. You must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, and have the ability to work in a role that is physical and varied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing Shelf Layouts: Implement effective planograms/shelf layouts to drive sales and improve business results.
  • Reporting Tasks: Report tasks and photos daily via our StoreTrack App.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills are necessary to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail is required to execute tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Autonomy and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical Role: Must be able to perform a job that is physically demanding and varied.

Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle are also required.
