**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Optical Dispenser to join our team. As an Optical Dispenser, you will be responsible for providing personalized solutions for our customers, driving sales through exceptional retail skills and knowledge, performing dispensing and frame adjustment, keeping up-to-date with frame fashions and trends, and delivering superior experiences for customers throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the team to provide excellent customer service and ensure seamless patient interactions.
- Utilize strong verbal communication skills to engage with customers, address their needs, and promote products.
- Stay abreast of latest frame designs and trends to make informed recommendations to customers.
- Effectively manage appointments, bookings, and follow-ups to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with optometrists to conduct optometric pre-testing and gather essential data.
Requirements:
Qualified or on-the-job trained Optical Dispenser
Excellent verbal communication skills
Proficient computer skills
Fashion-conscious individual with an eye for style
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
