About Us

FINDSTAFF, a leading provider of Employment, Skills and Support services, is seeking an experienced Allied Health Services Practitioner to join our national team.

Our vision, 'Vibrant Futures,' drives everything we do, from tailored pathways for individuals to workforce solutions for employers. We exist to create and support workforce employment, development, and growth for individuals, employers, and communities.

The Role

We are looking for a skilled Allied Health Services Practitioner to provide one-to-one and group Allied Health supports to individuals in employment and vocational education services. The successful candidate will deliver contemporary services and programs that meet the objectives of delivery.

The role offers flexibility with two options: Mobile & Remote. Mobile roles involve predominately face-to-face servicing with 1:1 and group counselling services, while Remote roles are office-based and provide telehealth services through triage processing, 1:1 counselling, and In-Work Support Telehealth Interventions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering Allied Health Services within the employment services industry, designing and delivering contemporary group and individual support programs, and working in a clinical governance environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide face-to-face and telehealth Allied Health consultations to individuals and groups
  • Ensure governance framework adherence regarding service provision and privacy
  • Deliver individualized supports, connecting to local networks, and supporting interventional supports
  • Produce documentation and reporting relevant to services delivered, including system database utilization
  • Meet outcome-based performance expectations to grow service utilization
  • Collaborate with service delivery teams to identify demand for non-vocational interventional support
  • Engage in professional development opportunities and registration requirements for continuous role capability development
  • Comply with relevant Health and Safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
About You

To be successful in this role, you must possess a passion for delivering Allied Health services to support pre-employment and in-work participants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a similar role, including experience in delivery of Allied Health Services within the employment services industry, designing and delivering contemporary group and individual support programs, and working in a clinical governance environment.

You must also meet one of the following qualifications:

  • Qualified psychologist registered as a psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Qualified allied health professional with a degree or graduate diploma in allied health services or behavioural sciences; social work; rehabilitation counselling; or other allied health qualifications, with current registration where applicable
Estimated Salary Range
