Job Title

We are seeking a Provisional Psychologist to join our multi-disciplinary team.

Job Description

Our team delivers outstanding services to NDIS participants, improving their access, development, independence, and overall health and wellbeing. As the team is rapidly growing, we need a dedicated Provisional Psychologist to work with us in a supportive and respectful workplace.

As a Provisional Psychologist, you will be working alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and Exercise Physiologists. We offer a full-time and part-time position (minimum 4 days).

Your primary role will be to support NDIS participants in line with AHPRA and NDIS regulations and client goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing high quality therapeutic interventions in a professional, confidential and culturally safe manner.
  • Undertaking comprehensive assessments and interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals.
  • Supporting and managing your case load.
  • Supporting Participants and other stakeholders to develop and review support plans.
  • Collaborating with other Health Professionals and key stakeholders regarding client's care.
  • Completing case notes, reports and other correspondence in line with required standards, relevant legislative requirements and ethical guidelines.
  • Attending monthly team meetings, and team led in-services.
  • Engaging in weekly internal supervision with the Team Leader.
Requirements
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Provisional Psychologist.
  • A high standard of professional ethics.
  • Working with Children's Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
  • Drivers Licence (minimum Provisional) and access to own car.
