Job Title: Speech Pathologist - HealthcareLink

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team at HealthcareLink. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to clients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and develop treatment plans for clients with speech and language disorders.
  • Client Education: Provide education and training to clients and their caregivers on effective communication strategies and techniques.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Current registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) and a Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in speech pathology, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting.
  • Skills: Strong assessment and treatment skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
